What you need
- Be genuinely skilled at your trade — customers rate the work after every order, and ratings affect the orders you receive.
- A valid national ID card in your name — reviewed by our team before your account is activated.
- A phone that runs the Osta technician app, and an internet connection.
- Your basic tools for your trade.
- Certificates or documented experience if you have them — not required, but they raise your level and increase the orders available to you.
Steps to join
Register your details
Your name, number, trade and the areas you can work in, with photos of the required documents.
Review by our team
We review your details and documents. We may call you if we need clarification, and you'll get a notification with the result.
Account activation and setting your schedule
Once accepted, you set your available days, the areas you serve and the services you're approved for.
Receive orders and get paid
Orders that match your trade, area and schedule come to you in the app. Your earnings collect in your wallet and are paid out on request.
Something important to know before you start
The work you do carries a one-month warranty to the customer. If a problem appears in the same work during that period, the revisit is part of your commitment to the order.
